About Us
Our church began in 2002 in Pastor David’s living room. Though much has changed, our mission remains the same. We’re passionate about serving our community and showing God’s love through action and kindness. We believe the Holy Spirit is moving in our city and are committed to sharing the hope of the gospel.

David felt a specific call of God to minister to the people that live in the Outer Southeast part of Portland and it has been a joy to see the miraculous things that God has done over the years, in this community. David felt a specific call of God to minister to the people that live in the Outer Southeast part of Portland and it has been a joy to see the miraculous things that God has done over the years, in this community. In addition to pastoring David also owns a floor-covering installation company. He is a husband to Kelly and a father to Rachelle & Joseph. In his spare time David enjoys the outdoors and especially whitewater rafting. David graduated High School from David Douglas and has a degree from Multnomah University. Kelly has been at Freedom Foursquare Church since the start and works along with Pastor David to help with all the administrative details that come along with running a Church. Kelly also enjoys singing on the Worship team. Kelly is a wife to David and mother to grown children Rachelle, Joseph and fur baby Juicy. Kelly graduated from Cor

Kelly also enjoys singing on the Worship team. Kelly is a wife to David and mother to grown children Rachelle, Joseph and fur baby Juicy. Kelly graduated from Corbett High School and attended Mt. Hood Community College. Outside of Church, Kelly enjoys the outdoors, watching movies, reading and crafting.

Pastor Joey leads our Next Gen ministry, pouring into the lives of kids and teens with energy and heart. He teaches our Kindergarten–5th grade class on Sundays and leads U-Turn, our youth group for middle and high schoolers, on Thursdays.
After graduating from Life Pacific University in San Dimas, California, Joey felt called to Southeast

After graduating from Life Pacific University in San Dimas, California, Joey felt called to Southeast Portland and quickly developed a heart for this community through his work at Freedom Foursquare.
He’s a devoted husband to Kaitlyn and proud dad of two.
